Appointment Request

Thanks for taking the time to book an appointment with us. Together, we’ll help your child build a healthy smile that will last a lifetime.

We schedule appointments at your convenience. If you need help, or if you have questions about the process, let us know. Our staff is ready to work with you to find the right time for you to bring your child in for a visit. 

To make sure your appointment goes smoothly, we ask that you keep a few things in mind when booking your time:

• Think about the time of day. For preschool and elementary school-age children, we recommend scheduling for the morning, when they’re more awake and we can take our time in ensuring their comfort. Middle and high school-age patients are usually seen in the afternoon.
• If you can’t make it, let us know ASAP. Please notify us at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment if you must cancel. We might be able to schedule another patient if we have sufficient time to let them know.
